The Pact
A circle of radius 33′ etched into the wood, As storms blew the barn.
Slicing of arm, Blood strewn, And the words called.
Candles flew from the barn floor, Extinguished by the gale.
Black shadows clawed, Enshrouding her, Until the eye opened.
Smog dissipated and the summoned stood. No cloven hooves, nor horns, Just a man in form. Suit and eyes, Ebony.
”Tis an unusual business,’
Belial noted,
‘For most call lesser demons.’ His eyes glowed red in the moonlight.
Maya stood tall, but stepped back, Mahogany locks tangled in her amulet.
‘You did summon me?’
He pressed, unable to enter the ring.
Maya nodded,
‘I did not expect…’
‘Or believe that it would work,’ The beast interjected.
‘But for a bargain to occur I must shake your hand, ‘So, if that is your wish step forward or permit me to return.’
Feigning courage Maya took a leap of dark faith, Stepping into his realm.
His grasp was tight, and her head spun, Dizziness subsided opening her mind, To his office in the desert.
‘What is so urgent that you are willing to offer your soul?’
‘Not my soul, any other offering for a life of riches,’ Maya retorted, and the demon snorted.
‘Your father is a minister, so your body will satisfy,
‘For such a wicked sin would curse his pious eye.’ ‘I accept your terms as offered,’ replied the liberated girl,
‘A life of riches for decadence in place of an eternity in hell.’
And with a click of his fingers the suave devil moved her,
To his satin chamber and giant Gothic bed.
Beyond the satanic panes, volcanoes froze the land, Looming over lava seas,
And howls echoed beyond from a hidden labyrinth.
Alone for an instant,
Until the beast arrived clad in a silk kimono.
With a wave of his hands her clothes disintegrated,
In a glowing hue,
And her body flew against the wall, pinned by an invisible force.
Unwilling to struggle or breach the deal, Her body accepted his touch.
A burden at first,
Until his sinful lips moved from her breast, To her fouled mouth.
A life of piety and celibacy,
An empty wound in her soul.
Unwittingly she reciprocated, taking his sharpened tongue.
The invisible shackles loosened,
Quite forgetting her adversary’s nature, she clasped his neck.
Quite forgetting her adversary’s nature, she dropped to her knees,
Taking more than his forked tongue into her mouth.
Gasping for breath, enduring earthly desires he whispered,
‘As above, so below. As below so above.’
The demon’s eyes rolled back as did his head, Until he could wait no longer.
Talons gripped Maya’s shoulders, raised her, And she moved through the air.
His hand firmly casting a spell between her thighs.
Soaking and aching she reclined on his bed, Quite forgetting her adversary’s nature, she wrapped her legs about him.
Quite forgetting her adversary’s nature, she begged for his need,
Taking his sturdy length inside her, panting desperately under him.
Her belly surged and heightened,
Each thrust drove her closer to a grim paradise.
Teeth grazed her neck and she arched,
Invisible talons touched every inch of her sensual flesh.
‘I want you,’ he whispered slowing his pace, She moaned in response.
‘I want you,’ he whispered again, teasing her with his withdrawal.
‘You can have me,’ Maya cried.
In an instant his pace resumed, the talons scratched, His teeth bit and she cried her release, as did he.
‘Every part of you is mine,’ he whispered callously,
‘Including your readily offered soul.’
