Unlike her predecessors, who adhered to the scripted futility of the Electi’s rituals, Allyra rejects the imposed narrative of sacrificial failure. She embodies self-determination in a world engineered for submission, extracting knowledge through calculated cruelty and forging alliances that challenge the Immortalis dominance.
Her origin lies in the Pauci Electi’s bungled bargain with Irkalla. Pater Solis sought two demonesses for breeding, but Behmor, ever the opportunist, supplied Reftha already heavy with child. Bound by the unyielding ledger, the Electi raised Allyra as Immoless, though she scorned their antiquated doctrines. Lacking the mediumship of Lucia or the seductive compliance of Stacia, Allyra honed extraction, boiling vampires in cauldrons aboard The Sombre, her shipwreck lair. This method yielded truths the Electi’s dusty tomes concealed: the fractured nature of Immortalis, the surveillance of the Ad Sex Speculum, the primal urges of Vero and Evro.
Allyra’s interactions with Nicolas DeSilva define her centrality. Where others fled his asylum’s horrors, she engaged, resisting mesmerism and matching his theatrics. Their encounters blend seduction and sabotage, love and predation. Nicolas, the jester-king of Corax, sees in her a vessel for his designs, yet she manipulates him toward her ends, securing his blood through games of pursuit and possession. Allyra’s Baers, Banshee and BaerNedi, serve as her enforcers, their wolf-blood loyalty a counter to Nicolas’s manipulations. Even in death, they guard Absolem, her serpentinium son, conceived in the triad’s chaotic union.
Symbolically, Allyra represents the ledger’s glitch, the Immoless who accumulates sovereign blood: Immortalis, noble, possessed, Lilith’s essence, mariposa lineage. Her path defies the Electi’s sacrificial script, aiming not for death but dominion. Yet her role is tragic, bound by contracts and the possessive love of Nicolas, whose multiplicity fractures reality itself.
